How Does Scoop n Go Work?
The question
"A simple clean-up routine."
How does Scoop n Go work?
Send a quick quote request, confirm your plan, and let Scoop n Go handle the dirty work. Dog poo is collected, bagged and placed in your general waste bin.
Step by step
1. Request a quote Fill in the quick form with your suburb, number of dogs and preferred service frequency. We respond within one business day.
2. Confirm your plan We confirm pricing, agree on access arrangements and set a regular day for your clean.
3. Service starts We visit on your scheduled day each week (or twice a week), clean the yard, bag the waste and place it in your bin. You do not need to be home.
4. Ongoing service The service continues on your regular schedule without any action needed from you. If anything changes — holiday, new dog, update to the yard — just let us know.
What you can expect
- A clean yard on the same day each week
- No communication needed between cleans (unless you want updates)
- Waste removed and binned — nothing left behind
- Optional deodorising applied if requested
Payment
Services are invoiced fortnightly in advance. Payment clears before the scheduled visit. We will confirm the payment method when setting up your service.
