When you request a quote through the Scoop n Go website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, suburb, number of dogs, preferred service plan, and any photos you choose to upload of your yard. This information is used solely to provide an accurate quote and arrange your service.
How we use your data
Your information is sent directly to Philippe Coetzee, the owner-operator of Scoop n Go. It is used to respond to your quote request, confirm pricing and availability, and manage ongoing service if you decide to proceed. We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to the service you requested.
Who we share your data with
Nobody. Your personal information is not shared with third parties, sold, or disclosed to anyone outside of Scoop n Go. Philippe is the only person who has access to your data.
How long we keep your data
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with any legal obligations. If you are not a current customer, your data is kept for up to 12 months and then securely deleted. You may request deletion at any time.
Request deletion or access
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. Simply email Philippe directly and your request will be handled within 5 business days.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or any form of user behaviour tracking. We do not collect browsing data, IP addresses, or device information. The site is a static marketing page with no third-party scripts.
